Lateral Flow Chromatographic Immunoassay

Lateral Flow Chromatographic Immunoassay is a rapid and user-friendly diagnostic test that detects the presence of a specific target substance, such as antibodies or antigens, in a liquid sample. It operates on the principle of capillary action, allowing the sample to flow along a test strip.

If the target substance is present, it will react with specific immobilized reagents at test lines on the strip. This chemical reaction trigger the formation of visible colored lines at the respective test lines, indicating a positive result. Most lateral flow test kits will also incorporate a control line, indicating whether the sample has properly flowed to the test lines.

Our Lateral Flow Rapid Test and Cellex q Rapid Test can cover a wide range of diseases, such as infectious disease, tropical disease, gastrointestinal disease, respiraory disease, tumour, etc.

Real-Time PCR (qPCR) Test

qPCR relies on the amplification of DNA through multiple cycles of denaturation, annealing, and extension, similar to traditional PCR. However, it also allows you to quantify the amount of target DNA present in the sample. It incorporates fluorescent dyes or probes that will bind to the DNA target of interest. When excited by the light with a specific wavelength, the dyes or probes will emit fluorescence at a different wavelength.

By analyzing the fluorescence emitted, we can determine the amount of DNA in the sample. As DNA amplification progresses, the amount of fluorescence increases proportionally to the amount of amplified DNA.

Homogeneous Biochemiluminescence Assay

Homogeneous Biochemiluminescence Assay (HBA) technology revolutionizes diagnostic testing with its innovative approach. It relies on biochemical reactions and luminescent markers. Target analytes, such as antigens or antibodies, interact with specific reagents in the solution, triggering luminescent emissions. These emissions serve as signals for detecting and quantifying the target analyte, offering high sensitivity and specificity.

Conducted entirely within a homogeneous solution, HBA assays eliminate the need for washing steps typically associated with traditional immunoassays. This process simplifies sample preparation, making HBA assays ideal for use in point-of-care testing (POCT) and research labs. With the use of HBA Instruments, HBA q Rapid Test can be used to detect various diseases, such as influenza Types A and/or B virus, etc.
