Cellex, Inc. currently develops, manufactures, and markets QFlu® NI Assay, a highly sensitive, easy-to-use influenza neuraminidase inhibition assay for antiviral drug susceptibility determination and anti-influenza drug screening. Using a unique technology called Homogeneous Biochemiluminescence Assay (HBA) technology, the QFlu® NI Assay is essentially a one-step assay. The assay requires no virus titer determination for determination of the IC50 values, and the operation only takes approximately 10 minutes. The results are available in 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the incubation duration favored by the users.

Cellex currently offers 2 versions of the assay: the QFlu® Influenza NI Assay, which is a nonspecific neuraminidase assay, and QFlu® Influenza Specific NI Assay, which is an assay specific for influenza neuraminidase. Detailed information about these products is provided in the Operation Manuals. In addition, custom-designed formulations are available. 

For our customers’ convenience, we also offer QFlu® Detection Microplates and high quality, microwell plates compatible MPL2 Luminometers.
